Returns & Exchanges

You can exchange or return any purchased item in the following ways:

1. By reaching out to us directly via WhatsApp or Instagram @martti.joias with proof of purchase
2. From home, by sending an email to [email protected] — we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

Please keep in mind:

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 15 days of purchase
• Items must be in their original condition, unused and in original packaging
• Shipping costs for returns may apply

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
